Global Fund for Children (U.S.A.)
The GFC has been supporting the Horn Relief Pastoral Youth Leadership (PYL) programme since 2003.

Novib (Oxfam Netherlands)
Novib has supported a range of Horn Relief programmes both emergency and long-term development, including PYL the Emergency Cash for Work project and Horn Relief the Tsunami Response.

NPA has worked in partnership with Horn Relief in the neighbouring district of Sool, primarily in water infrastructure development and cash based responses.

Government of the United Kingdom - DFID Department For International Development
DFID provided support for the Emergency Drought Response Cash Relief and Cash For Work projects, that Horn Relief implemented in a consortium with NPA and Oxfam GB.

Resource Management Somali Network (RMSN)
RMSN is one of the few cross-regional, cross-clan networks for Somalia. The network consists of eight teams and four NGOs working across Somalia towards a responsible management of the nation’s natural resources. The RMSN Coordination office is based in Bosasso, Somalia. HR is a founding member of RMSN
